How do I create and manage a gift registry?
Creating a registry is simple. Click on the "Registry" tab in our main menu, select "Create a Registry," and follow the prompts to add your event details. You can manage your list, track purchases, and send thank-you notes directly from your dashboard.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a complimentary handwritten note. We also offer premium gift-wrapping services to ensure your selection arrives beautifully presented.
What is your shipping policy for fragile home goods?
We take immense care in packaging delicate items like ceramics and glassware. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with free shipping available on domestic orders over $150.
What is your return policy for registry items?
We want you to love every piece in your home. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for store credit within 90 days of the event date for registry purchases, or 30 days for standard retail orders.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Fête Registry & Gifts ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities soon. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
